PCWindows and Mac PC · 1999
The first Pokémon title to ever release for the PC was Pokémon Play It! which was released in 1999. Since then there have been a number of titles released on PC; nothing of course resembling that of the core series of games but still nice stuff for the die-hard Pokémon fans amongst us; you had Pokémon Project Studio Blue and Red versions which enabled kids (and adults) to make greeting cards, flyers, invitations and a whole host of other stuff featuring your favourite Pokémon.
Additionally Pokémon Masters Arena was a compilation of eight mini games, Pokémon Team Turbo which was a racing game and the TCG Online I believe to be self explanatory – it ran from 2011 until 2023, when it was replaced by Pokémon Trading Card Game Live.

Mobile & tabletiOS and Android · 2014–2026
Pokémon made its debut appearance on our phones and tablets with Camp Pokémon in October 2014, followed by Pokémon Shuffle Mobile in 2015 – a freemium title introducing the premise (to Pokémon games) of the game being ‘free’ but with the option to pay for additional features. Then July 6th 2016 saw the arrival of the world’s best selling Pokémon game, Pokémon Go.
Since then the phone has become one of the busiest Pokémon platforms of all, with everything from a toothbrushing app and a sleep tracker to Pokémon Masters EX, Pokémon UNITE and the hugely popular Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. Most of them are free-to-start, and a few (Duel, Rumble Rush) have already come and gone.
