Synopsis
On the third day of camp Team Froakie win a Pokévision showdown, and Serena learns about Pokémon Showcases and the Kalos Queen, Aria. After a fishing contest in which Trevor’s Wailord takes the day for Team Squirtle, Professor Sycamore announces that each team will make a video, and Serena storyboards Team Froakie’s.
Making Poké Puffs, Shauna explains Pokémon Performers and Showcases, with a Theme Performance, a Freestyle round and the Master Class, and that Aria, whose Fennekin has evolved into Braixen, is the reigning Kalos Queen. While scouting a location, Serena falls down a cliff, and Ash, trying to save her, falls too and hurts his foot.
Waiting for help, Serena tends his foot, and Ash tells her to take her time finding her dream as they talk about their first partners. Sycamore, their friends and the disguised Team Rocket haul them up with ropes, and Team Froakie film on a wide plain. Inspired, Serena tells Shauna she wants to see a Showcase, Shauna agrees to go with her, and the votes put Team Froakie’s video in first place.
