Synopsis
A crashed Beheeyem spaceship hypnotises a Capacia Island town into believing everyone is a Beheeyem, and Ash teams up with Team Rocket to find the missing part the aliens need. After a shooting star crashes, Ash and James each find an Amulet Coin, and the next morning Ash sees Beheeyem faces on Iris, Cilan, Nurse Joy and the townspeople, who follow him in a trance.
Unaffected, Jessie and James pull Ash and Pikachu into the sewers and agree to a truce. A “Dr. Beheeyem” orders the town to search for an Amulet Coin, and Meowth, who escaped the Beheeyem, reveals that the meteor was their UFO. Disguised in Beheeyem masks, the group sneaks onto a ship moored above it.
Speaking through Meowth, the Beheeyem explain that a vital part fell off over the town and they hypnotised the people to find it. Ash’s coin does not work but James’s does; Team Rocket try to keep it, so Ash’s Thunderbolt blasts them off and he hands the coin over. The UFO leaves, everyone returns to normal, and Axew’s lingering Beheeyem face turns out to be a mask.
