Synopsis
In a hidden forest refuge, N’s foster sisters Anthea and Concordia reveal that he was raised by Team Plasma’s leader, Ghetsis, and N leaves the group to protect them. The pool heals N’s wounds, and the sisters, who can also hear Pokémon’s voices, reluctantly let Ash’s group stay in their house full of Pokémon mistreated by humans.
N explains that he grew up isolated in a castle, where Ghetsis told him Team Plasma would free Pokémon from cruel people; two years ago Ghetsis used him to summon Reshiram, which destroyed the castle in its rage. The sisters believe Pokémon must live apart from humans, but Ash, Iris and Cilan insist that not all people are cruel, and the frightened Pokémon slowly come out to play with Pikachu, Axew and Oshawott.
Then Barret and two grunts attack through a portal, and Pignite, Excadrill and Pansage defeat them while N, Anthea, Concordia and the Pokémon escape. In the returning fog, Gothitelle’s Psychic makes the whole refuge vanish, and the group sees Dragonspiral Tower in the distance.
