Synopsis

Ash and company stop for a picnic. After a nap they break camp, and Misty notices Politoad is missing. They start looking around, but fall into another Team Rocket pitfall. The lost politoad with the red headband happens by and Team Rocket becomes distracted. Ash and friends climb out of the pit and stop them. Ash and company go into town to return the politoad to its owner and find Politoad. The trio are introduced to Tammy and learns the politoad is called Bean. Tammy borrows Politoad for a little while to help her pokémon practice for an important cheerleading contest. Tiffany decides that Bean can no longer be on the squad.
Bean feeling useless, runs off. Ash tries to convince Bean to return, while Brock and Misty try to convince Tammy that she needs to reconsider. Team Rocket snatches everyone. Then Bean arrives and frees its friends. Misty and Tammy then work together to fight Team Rocket and douse their robot in water so Pikachu can use his Thunderbolt. Pikachu is free and Team Rocket is blasting off again. Everyone says their good-byes and…
