Synopsis
Ash arrives at the gates to the Mahogany Town Gym only to learn the gym leader, Pryce, is meditating in the mountains. A local woman, Sheila, takes them there. Team Rocket is trailing them as usual in order to snatch Pikachu at the first opportunity. They reach Pryce, to discover that he is the cranky old man with the dewgong. As Ash and company learn of the tragic consequences that created the cold-hearted gym leader, a series of accidents cause them to find Pryce’s beloved piloswine and restores his caring nature. Ash then arranges a gym battle for the next morning.
